From balancing a busy counselling practice with caring for my own wellbeing, to stepping into new training in relationship and couples therapy, this post is about the courage it takes to grow, even when it feels uncomfortable. It’s a reminder that positive change can be both scary and empowering and that sometimes, the biggest step forward begins with getting out of your own way.
